Return Policy

Custom Order Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade wooden products, all items are made to order and are customized specifically for each customer. As such, we have a strict no-return policy for all sales.

Order Fulfillment
Please allow 6-10 weeks for order fulfillment, though this may vary depending on the complexity of your project. We will communicate with you throughout the process to keep you informed about your order status.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon pick-up. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not as specified, contact us immediately at info@cncwoodworks.ca so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been created. This includes:

  • All custom products made to order.
  • Any item that has been modified or personalized.

Refunds
Because we cannot accept returns, refunds will only be considered in cases where the item is defective or not as described. If approved, we will notify you and process your refund within 10 business days.
